How our cohorts work: To maintain deep connection, our specialized groups have a strict capacity limit (usually capped at 8 members). Some of our upcoming groups specify a weekly time slot but will lock in their exact calendar start date as soon as the cohort reaches minimum capacity.

Our practice operates on a private-pay model and does not accept insurance directly. Our fees are $85 per 90-minute session of each 10-session cohort (all specialized art and studio materials are included).
